Where to get help

The MoEST NOC office answers questions at info.noc@moest.gov.np or by phone at +977-1-6635419. The physical office is at MoEST, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal.

How it works

  1. 1

    Gather every document

Tick off each item as you collect it. The list is in the order MoEST asks at submission, not alphabetical.

  2. 2

    Follow the process steps

Portal application, payment, document upload, biometric verification, and physical pickup — each step has prerequisites.

  3. 3

    Track your application

Save your reference number from the portal. Most NOC enquiries the MoEST helpdesk gets are people who lost their reference.

Methodology: Documents and process steps in this checklist are sourced from the official MoEST NOC portal and verified each cycle against student submissions we have walked through. Last verified: 2026-04-11. MoEST occasionally adjusts the document list — if anything here looks out of date, email hello@studination.com.
