Yes. Every guide, country page, university listing, tool, and scholarship entry is free to read. We make money from optional paid counselling sessions (clearly priced) and a small affiliate cut on a few partner services like education loans. We do not gate any guide behind a signup.

Most Kathmandu consultancies represent a small number of partner universities and earn commissions when they place you. Their advice is genuinely useful but tilted toward their partners. We are not paid by any university and our country pages cover what we think a Nepali student should consider, including options that are cheaper or harder to access through agents — Germany, MEXT, GKS, France.

We document the steps in detail and link to MoEST and NRB official forms on every relevant page. If you want someone to walk you through the actual paperwork, book the free 20-minute counselling call. We have walked dozens of students through the NOC sequence and can answer specific questions.

We verify tuition figures, scholarship amounts, and visa rules every 4 to 8 weeks against official sources. Every country page shows the last-verified date at the bottom. If a deadline or fee on the site looks wrong, please email hello@studination.com and we will correct it.
