About the Scholarship
The University of Science and Technology (UST) in Daejeon is a unique graduate university comprising 30 government-funded research institutes across South Korea. All admitted international students receive a full scholarship automatically.
Nepali students are eligible — the scholarship is open to all nationalities except Korean citizens.
What's Covered
Full tuition fees, a monthly stipend of ₩1,430,000 for Master's students or ₩1,900,000 for PhD students, medical and accidental insurance, Korean language course fees, and overseas training and research exchange opportunities.

UST advisors recommend contacting relevant professors at the 30 affiliated institutes before submitting your formal application. A professor's pre-approval can significantly improve your chances of selection.
