Windesheim University of Applied Sciences is a Dutch public university of applied sciences in Zwolle offering practice-based bachelor's degrees with two fully English-taught programmes.

Windesheim University of Applied Sciences is a public Dutch hogeschool (university of applied sciences) founded in 1986, located primarily in Zwolle with a second campus in Almere. It enrolls approximately 26,589 students across around 75 bachelor's programmes, 15 associate degree programmes, and a small number of master's courses. The institution operates under NVAO accreditation, the Dutch-Flemish quality assurance body.

Windesheim offers two fully English-taught bachelor's programmes open to international students: International Business (BBA, 4 years), which is ranked second among comparable programmes at Dutch universities of applied sciences, and Global Project and Change Management (BBA, 4 years), offered through the Windesheim Honours College and rated the best in its category in the Netherlands. Both programmes start in September and maintain small class sizes, typically capped at around 20 students per group. Beyond these two degrees, Windesheim runs approximately 20 English-medium exchange programmes spanning business, IT, engineering, health, sports, education, and media.

The main campus is situated in Zwolle, a mid-sized city in Overijssel province, roughly one hour by train from Amsterdam. Zwolle is an affordable city by Dutch standards, with average student room costs running between €400 and €750 per month. As a university of applied sciences rather than a research university, Windesheim does not appear in QS or Times Higher Education world rankings, which focus on research output; it is instead benchmarked within Dutch applied sciences rankings.
