CUNY College of Staten Island (CSI) is a senior college within the City University of New York system, founded in 1955 and located on a 204-acre campus, the largest single college site in New York City. It offers associate, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees across five schools: Business, Education, Health Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Science and Technology.
CSI is particularly strong in health and science fields, with doctoral programs in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, and Physics (the latter offered jointly with the CUNY Graduate School). The college hosts a CUNY Interdisciplinary High-Performance Computing Center with supercomputer infrastructure, supporting research in computational sciences.
