For Nepali students
- PBSC's Associate in Arts degree comes with a Florida-guaranteed transfer pathway: graduates are admitted with junior standing to any of the 12 Florida State University System institutions, offering Nepali students a cost-effective route into a four-year U.S. degree at universities such as University of Florida or Florida International University.
- Out-of-state tuition runs approximately $363 per credit hour for associate-level courses, making the annual cost for a full-time international student roughly $10,900, significantly lower than most U.S. four-year universities and accessible for Nepali families with moderate budgets.
- PBSC is authorized under U.S. federal law to enroll F-1 visa students and issues the Form I-20; F-1 students are eligible for Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and up to 12 months of Optional Practical Training (OPT) after completing their degree, providing legal U.S. work experience.
- The college's student body represents 149 countries, and its Health Sciences, Business, and Information Technology programs align well with fields Nepali students commonly pursue in the United States.
