Midtown Manhattan is roughly 30 minutes away by subway. St. John's holds accreditation from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education alongside 13 specialized accreditations, and U.S. News ranked it #152 among national universities in 2025, up from #163 the prior year, with a notably strong Social Mobility ranking of #35.
