The University of South Australia (UniSA) was a public research university based in Adelaide, South Australia. Established in 1991, it was the successor of the former South Australian Institute of Technology (SAIT). In mid-2023, it agreed to merge with the neighbouring University of Adelaide to form Adelaide University.
